Radiator Hose Installation Lube PDF Print E-mail

Many owners struggle with installing radiator and heater hoses on their Pantera.  Although many methods have been suggested, including using hair dryers to soften and allow expansion of the hose, or using greases, only one method carries the official
Team Pantera Racing Seal of Approval.

ID Glide  Sensual Lubricant

Laugh now, but pick up a dozen or so of these magic little packets and throw them in your toolbox.  Each packet contains 1/3 of an ounce, just enough to lube that radiator or heater hose and get it slid onto the water fitting.  The lubricant is water based so you know it's okay for use in the cooling system.  And who knows, maybe your wife will find it in your toolbox and start spending more time with you in the garage.

You may be able to find these at your local Walgreens or purchase on line at CheapLubes.com
