One of the big surprises of 2007 was Gary Bartley and his beautiful Red Mangusta.  For years, Team Pantera Racing had been challenging anyone to both start and finish any Open Road Race in their Mangusta.  Gary stepped up to the challenge and answered the call.  Even though he didn't break triple digit speeds, he did successfully compete in the Big Bend Open Road Race.
