The Team Pantera Racing Brazilian Girl support team is made of highly qualified (not to mention good looking) women who are experts in the areas of race support. Their skills cover everything from wrenching on Panteras, to washing Panteras, cooking fantastic post-race meals (often in Cafe' Finito) and most often distracting the competition and supplying all other needs for the race crew before, during and after an Open Road Race.

The number of TPR BG support team members available depends on the number of Panteras being entered in a race. Typical ratios are two girls for every Pantera driver present (sorry, naviguessers are not included). Larger quantities are available on a first-come, first-served basis. (they love that part). Typical wardrobe varies throughout the event based on the task at hand:

• Pantera work: Typical race inspired pit crew pants, zippered shirt/jacket (typically zipped to the navel or left unzipped entirely), t-shirt optional, appropriate pit shoes
• Start/Finish Line support: Bikini shorts or other short-shorts, t-shirt (usually wet) or button-up shirt left unbutoned and loosly tied about the midsection. Bikini top optional, high-heel shoes. Optionally, a one-piece short zippered jumpsuit usually zipped to the navel.
• Cafe' Finito: Similar to Start/Finish line support with the addition of optional apron and appropriate shoes.
• Awards Banquet: Black satin or velvet dress to just above the knee. Low cut in front, multi-strap in back, high heel shoes.
• Lodging Cabin: TPR supplied silk pajamas with all buttons, ties, belts, cords and straps removed, no shoes.
